He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Christian Brothers University in Memphis, TN and has earned prestigious certifications such as Certified Restorer (CR) and Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC), along with several other industry-specific credentials. Chris is known for his meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and unwavering dedication to delivering top-quality results. His extensive knowledge and leadership make him a trusted figure in the construction and restoration sectors.

Dave has a widely known reputation for his knowledge and involvement in the construction industry. Dave provides more than 35 years of experience, specializing in the restoration of multifamily properties, as well as extensive commercial and industrial insurance restoration expertise. Dave has earned the prestigious designation of Certified Restorer (CR), Certified Mold Professional (CMP) as well as the Water Loss Specialist (WLS) from the Restoration Industry Association. He also holds the Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) designation. Dave is an expert in his field and regularly speaks on industry-related topics at national conventions. Dave served on the Restoration Industry Association (RIA) Board of Directors for three years. Dave also served as a consensus body member for the IICRC's S700 which is the industry's most recent standard for professional fire and smoke damage restoration.
